Frequently Asked Questions

This FAQ explains our Terms and Conditions in plain language, organised in the same order as the Agreement itself. It is a guide only — if anything here differs from the Agreement, the Agreement governs.
Getting Started
What am I agreeing to when I use the Site or place an Order?
You're agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, plus our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are all part of the same Agreement. If you don't agree, you shouldn't use the Site or place an Order. (Clause 1)
Do I need to be a certain age to buy from you?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you're ordering for a company, you're confirming you have the authority to do so on its behalf. (Clause 3)
If I have an account, who's responsible for keeping it secure?

Buying From Us
Are the prices shown final?
Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable, but we can correct a listing and cancel an affected Order, with a full refund, if there was a genuine pricing or description error. (Clause 5)
Is my order confirmed the moment I pay?
Not quite. Payment confirms we've received your Order, but the actual contract of sale is only formed when we send a dispatch or shipping confirmation. Until then, we can decline or cancel an Order, for example if the item's out of stock, there was a pricing error, or something looks fraudulent, and we'll refund you in full if that happens. (Clause 6)
What if I'm using an instalment or "buy now, pay later" plan?
That arrangement is between you and the third-party provider, not us. Their terms and fees apply, separately from this Agreement. (Clause 7)
Delivery, Risk and Ownership
Is a delivery date guaranteed?
No. Delivery timeframes are estimates given in good faith, not guarantees, and delays alone aren't treated as a breach of the Agreement. (Clause 8.1)
If my parcel is damaged or lost before I receive it, is that my problem or yours?
Ours. Risk stays with us until the item is actually delivered to you (or collected, for self-collection orders), not from the moment it leaves our warehouse. (Clause 8.2)
When do I legally own the item I bought?
Ownership passes to you once we've received full payment, even if delivery happens slightly before or after that point. (Clause 8.3)
Returns and Your Rights
Can this Agreement take away my legal rights if something's defective?
No. Nothing in this Agreement, or in any notice on the Site, can limit or override your statutory rights under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003, including its Lemon Law provisions. Where there's ever a conflict, your statutory rights win. (Clause 9.2) For details, see our Return & Refund Policy and our Consumer Rights page.
Using Our Website
Can I use images or text from your website elsewhere?
Only for personal, non-commercial use connected to an actual purchase. You can't copy, redistribute, or scrape content from the Site without our written permission. (Clause 10)
What am I not allowed to do on the Site?
Among other things: use it for anything unlawful, try to break into our systems, scrape data without permission, disrupt how the Site runs, or submit false information on an order, return, or review. We can suspend your access or cancel a pending Order if we reasonably believe you've done any of this. (Clause 11)
Warranties and Liability
What if my own actions cause the company a loss — am I on the hook?
If you breach the Agreement or misuse the Site in a way that costs us money, you agree to cover those reasonable costs, unless the loss was actually our fault. (Clause 14)
Is there a cap on how much you're liable for if something goes wrong?
Generally, our liability for an Order is capped at what you paid for the relevant item, and we're not liable for indirect losses like lost profits or data. But we can never limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to exclude. (Clause 13)
Do you guarantee the website itself will always work perfectly?
No, the Site is provided "as is," and we don't promise it'll be uninterrupted or error-free. That said, this doesn't reduce any right or warranty that can't legally be excluded from a consumer contract. (Clause 12)
Force Majeure
What happens to my order if there's a natural disaster, pandemic, or major courier disruption?
Neither of us is held responsible for delays caused by events genuinely beyond our control. If such an event drags on for more than 60 days, either of us can cancel the affected Order, and you'll get a refund for anything undelivered. (Clause 15)
Your Data
How is my personal data handled?
In line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our Privacy Policy, which is part of this Agreement. (Clause 16)
